So here comes the solution, first of all I would like to clear you guys that this is not a bug, or any glitch, apart from that they (Moto) has made some changes on this feature of copying or moving files to OTG Devices,
Generally we plug our USB OTG Cable or OTG Pen Drive on our OTG Compatible Phone then we go to our Default File Manager or File Explorer App and Copy or Move Files From Phone to OTG or Vice Versa.

So the Problem is here that Moto has changed some options or actually I can say that they have created a separate Dashboard to Copy/Move Files from Phone to OTG Cable, so that you get confused because you were use to of that (Copy Move from File Manager App),

How To Copy Files Form Moto G4 Plus To OTG Drive
- So First Plug Your OTG Drive on Your Moto G4 Device
- Now it will detect and show you a symbol of USB on the Notification Area.
- Now Just Pull down The Notification Area and Click on USB OTG Option
- Oh My God, You Have Got That Menu Which You Were Looking For
- Now You Can see all the Options Here
Now Tap on the Top Left Menu Icon and you will Find The Options Like- Images, Videos, Audio, recent, and Download, Your External SD Card (if you have inserted), and also Your OTG Drive as well,
See Here There is no Internal Storage Written, so dont be panic all your Internal Storage item you can find on Images, Video, Audio and recent Folder along with all External SD Card Data Too.
So Now You Have to Follow The Same Thing as You Follow on Any File Manager app to Copy or Move Files to OTG Drive,
Just tap and hold on any File or Folder and then on the top right side you will find the menu icon (3 dots) click on it and this will give you option to Copy or Move That File to OTG or Any Other Folder of Your Moto G4 Plus.
